The Brief

While at Haberdashery, I led the design and engineering of this lighting sculpture. It required an in-depth study and rigorous testing on thermal dynamics to ensure it was compliant within safe working temperature standards for the home.

The 8 custom-made LED light fixtures (uplighters) had to be designed with a unique shape that felt consistent with the surrounding 6000 hanging crystals.

The Result

The result is VISAGE; a sleek, 5-axis machined, chrome-plated aluminium LED uplighter that also acts as its own heatsink.
